Most of us know that Torrie Wilson posed for photos related to Benchwarmers - the collectible cards with all babes on them - in 2009 or 2010. I was on Torrie's Facebook page looking under photos and saw that she'd posted a couple of behind the scenes photos from the shoot for the 2011 edition.
Of course if you want other photos from the shoot, you can head over to the premiere Torrie Wilson fansite on the web, torrie-wilson.org. There's over twenty new photos there. Torrie doesn't look too bad for a woman in her mid-30's, wouldn't you say?
I saw this old film the other night called The Babe. I started off watching it without even knowing the title, but I knew what it was about: baseball. And it had a fuckin' fat baseball player, played by John Goodman. It was Babe Ruth - one of the greatest who ever lived.
But probably the most eye-catching person in the movie was Babe's wife, Claire, who was played by Kelly McGillis. I couldn't help but notice a better-than-average Torrie Wilson lookalike here. Basically she reminds me of a Torrie Wilson circa 2006 - the FHM shoot comes to mind, in particular.
I was just reading the other day about actors in past lives. There's some pictures of Hollywood A-listers, Nicolas Cage and John Travolta in "past lives" going around, with bids at ridiculous levels.
Maybe this was Torrie Wilson in a past life - 20 years ago? But that's not really possible, seeing as Kelly McGillis is still around - just older now (54). At the time she was about mid-thirties - same as Torrie is now, more or less.
I was stalking Torrie again on her social networking sites, and came across this on her Twitter account:
"Ok..audition 2day in which im supposed 2 look super lean..been eating like poop. Yikes. I know better! Better lace up the runnin shoes.."
Loosely translated, Torrie slipped up, and has been eating junk food and being rather lazy. Sometimes she's not on form, physically. I know this from the past. Back in her WWE days, there were times when her body wasn't looking all that good. Her butt was kind of cottage cheesy and so on.
But an audition for what? That's the burning question here. Is it for an acting role, a music video, or something? Surely someone doesn't have to audition for a photo shoot. They just call you up, ask you if you want to get together, and that's it? I dunno, I haven't ever done it, to be honest. Maybe it's for a shot at endorsing a product - probably a slimming product, of which she's all ready got one of her own.
I guess we'll have to stay tuned and see.
Torrie also spoke about Alex Ardenti being the photographer or lensman behind the shoot. After the shoot, Torrie mentioned something about hanging out with old BFF, Stacy Keibler.
I'm not sure where the shoot was held, but Philadelphia was mentioned. But reading more closely, she claims that she went there before the photoshoot took place.
Torrie Wilson headed out to Chicago last week. According to current TNA diva, Tara AKA former WWE diva, Victoria (real name Lisa Marie Varon), Torrie came a day early to hang out with her, before attending a convention known as Wizard World or Wizard Con over the weekend.
Reading through Torrie's updates on Twitter and Facebook, she claims it was a blast, and met several fans of hers, and even some celebrities, such as Billy Corbin of The Smashing Pumpkins, Tony Todd the Candyman, and Mr Belding from Saved By The Bell. While in "Chi-town", Torrie even indulged in taking a morning run.
Of course there were several new photos of Torrie posted on her Facebook wall, as well as photos from fans, too. That's why I always check her FB when I hear that there's some event that she's attending.
Stalking. It ain't what it used to be. It's too easy nowadays.
Some of these photos are of Torrie at Comic Con in Pittsburgh a couple of weeks ago, by the way. Missed that for some reason. I'm not sure which is which though. Torrie changes outfits often.
